This note is printed on special paper different from normal notes as the Treasury/BEP was testing different papers for wear. They were only differentiated by their serial blocks. This note is in Good-Very Good (G-VG) condition (my opinion) with even well circulation and no pinholes, tears, or writing - just noted light paper clip stain above the "E" on the note's reverse.
