This is normal for business strike coins. In 2012; The US Mint no longer issued the remaining Presidential Dollars for Circulation. They were made for collectors only. Although the mintage dropped 80% and the value has gone up, they are still Business strike coins. These are not proof coins! All of these Presidential Dollar coins have been purchased directly from the US mint. They have been stored in a climate controlled and smoke free environment. All coins in these sets are unsearched! (out of the roll and into the tube) There may be mint errors and or a very high grade! This set has been taken directly out of US Mint rolls, (not Bags) and placed into coin tubes by issue date.
